And the fact that one could not necessarily have said that a decade ago is evidence of the remarkable changes. The combination of historic preservation, economic revitalization and my team members (the gays, as well as their allies) have helped to make Logan totally desireable. Three metro stops are within a ten/fifteen minute walk (U Street/Cardozo, MacPherson Square and Dupont Circle). The 1400 block of P Street is the epicenter of all things happening in Logan.
