The very best neighborhood in the DC Metro Area

Best neighborhood in the DC Metro area
I’ve written a little bit about a great neighborhood in McLean, Virginia. It got me thinking about where other great neighborhoods might be. I know a few, but would like to see what you all think. So, maybe this should be a competition of sorts. I’ll see what we can do about that. In the mean time think about it. Where is the best place and why?

Logan Circle is by far one of the most exciting and vibrant neighborhoods in the Washington region. And the fact that one could not necessarily have said that a decade ago is evidence of the remarkable changes. The combination of historic preservation, economic revitalization and my team members (the gays, as well as their allies) have helped to make Logan totally desireable. Three metro stops are within a ten/fifteen minute walk (U Street/Cardozo, MacPherson Square and Dupont Circle). The 1400 block of P Street is the epicenter of all things happening in Logan. If you haven’t been, I would highly recommend it.
Logan is really a gem. When I think of the best city living and access to the rest of the city. Logan jumps right up. Extending to Dupont and you have the very best DC has to offer for Urbanites! (New Word?)
